    Disclaimer Example for your Forms: "By clicking submit, I consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from [Your Company Name]. Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
  3. No "Third Party" Sharing: Ensure your policy does not say you share data with "partners" or "affiliates" for marketing. If you do, your SMS campaign will be blocked. The "No Sharing" clause in the template above protects you here.
