3-Step Checklist to Ensure You Get Approved
Having the text above is Step 1. To pass the TCR manual review, your website must also have these two things visible:
- The Footer Link: Ensure a link titled "Privacy Policy" is visible in the footer of your homepage and functions correctly (links to the text above).
- The Contact Form Disclaimer: On any web form where you ask people for their phone number (e.g., "Contact Us" or "Get a Quote"), you must include a small disclaimer right above the "Submit" button.
Disclaimer Example for your Forms: "By clicking submit, I consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from [Your Company Name]. Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- No "Third Party" Sharing: Ensure your policy does not say you share data with "partners" or "affiliates" for marketing. If you do, your SMS campaign will be blocked. The "No Sharing" clause in the template above protects you here.
